How far in advance should we book?
We recommend reaching out at least six to eight weeks before your event so that we can hold the date and plan the program with care. For convenience, school seasons often book a few months ahead, but we are glad to help with shorter notice when dates are open.
Can the ensemble adapt to a small venue or a tight budget?
Yes. The full band works wonderfully in concert halls and festivals, while a smaller pairing of fiddle and guitar or a duo can fit small rooms, private parties, and classroom settings. Tell us your space and your budget and we will shape a program that works.
Do you travel outside of Provo and Utah?
We travel throughout the United States for bookings. Travel and lodging are arranged as part of the agreement, and we are glad to bring the band to your region if it fits your schedule and our calendar.
